Assuming the Best in Others

As an elementary school principal, I had daily interactions with people who assumed the worst in another person. I learned to choose my words carefully. It is always amusing to throw people’s negativity aside and assume the best in another person. It changes the entire interaction

So, as you go about your week try thinking about a person who needs to hear from you. Concisely plan to speak positive words to them. They will love hearing from you.
