A collection of memoire style short stories told by women who have experienced misfortune, tragedy and suffering. Each of the women have chosen to courageously define their life as a victor in Christ, not as a victim.

Following the short stories, a self-help/study guide continues activities centered on Christian practices for women to grow their Christ centered faith of bravery and courage together.
