Meet the Author

Writer and Motivational Speaker

Dr. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, two Master’s degrees in teaching and early language acquisition, and a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership.

Dr. Jorgenson has held positions as a junior and senior high school teacher, a college and graduate student professor, and as an elementary principal for eleven years. She retired early to prioritize her care for her Multiple Sclerosis (MS). In her retirement, she enjoys engaging in daily exercise, home gardening, and writing.

Lynn is an author of children’s picture books, self-help and inspirational literature, and Christian personal interest books. She is currently developing a memoir titled “Women of Courage,” which will retell the stories of other women who have overcome tragedy, shame, and triumph. Lynn is also continuing to write other works.

One of my life’s greatest achievements is inspiring others. My own diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, in the height of my career, continues to motivate me to “Live an Encouraged Life.” Join me in this extraordinary journey!         — Lynn
